Help With BOSI?

I am looking to install this for my own solo league so I can check out how my players develope and looked at instlaling it onto my webserver or harddrive. I am so clueeless, would anyone be willing to help me out with this? I would greatly apreciate it.

I still haven't gotten it working at home, though...of course, I haven't been messing with it much lately.

OK, I am getting very frustrated now because I downloaded the PHP Triad thing and it doesn't match up to the instructions and it is not working at all...

Can anyone help me set this up on a webserver? I will pay you for your time.
