Best workout Schedule for a MR??
Anybody have a idea what a good workout schedule would be for a MR?

This is one thing I like about the game; there is no pre programmed workout for anybody. Therefore, I think it's more fun to experiment with things and use your own judgement for developing your player. I guess as a middle reliever you could ignore all endurance stuff and focus on power.
Another cool thing I wish the game had was the option for hiring a personal trainer. Depending on how good he/she is, they would give you a recommended workout schedule. It'd also be interesting to have former players offer to help you out as a batting instructor or whatever. These are several money drains that would add some new angles to the game. |

Middle Relievers need sleep, that's about it. Throw in a pitching session or two and some stretching and they should do just fine.
