Hey guys! I am looking for an amazing PHPNuke theme. Do you guys know where there are free ones, or very cheap ones, or if there is a program out there where you can edit ones..

Its easy to find PHPNuke Themes that cost $50, hard to find free ones.

ok seriously i have seen a league that uses it. you might want to try emailing their commish. It is the IOSBL and you can check out their page at http://www.invitationonlysports.com/IOSBL/forums.html
They use the nukecops.

Yeah, I've seen both, they have cool themes, but I need to find places to download them, I have found a few now. www.nukecops.com is a good one as well as a few others...
