Real Life Rosters

Hello all i'm new to the game and wanted to know where i could possibly get the current major league baseball roster. Also i have no idea how to put up the roster's or what i need to get the roster's to work with OOTP5.

Any And All help would be appreciated

do i need to download the lahman database as well?
