Playoff scheduling

I've been playing a number of seasons and contracted this year. I first had some regular season scheduling issues and the team logos got all swapped. I fixed that, made it through the season and got stopped after the first round of playoffs.

The reason is that my AL has only 2 divisions this year and my NL has 3. After the first round, nothing more is scheduled and I can't schedule my own playoff series' or go to the next season. (In the first round ALE champ played ALW champ, and the regular four NL teams faced off as usual).

If I do schedule more games, the results are just tacked on to the win columns for the first round.

How can I do something, anything, to continue on from here (without resetting and losing the whole last year)?

You'll probably need to click sim postseason and lose the rest of the playoffs. The game generally will choke if you have differing amounts of divisions.

Well that's just the thing, I can't.

It just sims forever ( I've let it go all the way to the next April).

I need some way to end the season or create my own playoff set up.
