Hello,
I'm still having trouble trying to reinstall and run OOTP4. (Please refer to the post titled "Help!") My last post there is below. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!! 'Thanks for the help so far..... I'm still not doing something right. I went into the control panel, then into eLicence control, and right clicked on the OOTP icon. It says that the product is licensed. However, I still get the same error message- and I cannot run the game. If anybody can help some more, please let me know. Thanks again!' |

Have you tried contacting <a href="http://www.elicense.com/usersupport/el_faq.htm" target="_blank">Via-Tech or their web site?</a>

Hi Phil, I don't think you've actually mentioned yet what the error message was - that would help a lot. In the meantime I'll copy what I replied in that other post you joined in:
