Lahman database
I had a little problem with my historical season, and the new rookies for the 1981 season did not get imported. The game kinda hung on me while I was proceeding to the next season, so I ctrl+alt+deleted to end the program and when I restarted the game jumped ahead to the usual date where I can sign coaches and stuff. A small problem is that I can't get into the sign coaches, sign free agents, rookie draft, and spring training screens. I can get around the signing coaches and free agents parts by just doing it manually and randomly for the different teams, but I'd really like to get the rookies imported from the Lahman database. I noticed there's a button on there that says import player from database when I'm on the free agent screen. So after all that background, how do I figure out which players would have been imported from the Lahman database as rookies, so I can import them one by one as free agents. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

open the master.csv in Excel, go the the debut year column, click on it, then data on toolbar, then autofilter, change autofilter to only show year desired

Okay, I figured out which players to import, and so I went ahead and did that. And to still get the amateur draft, I went into the league setup and changed it to draft on June 1st instead of during the preseason. One more small problem has come up with that. The game decided to generate a bunch of its own rookies to go along with the ones that I imported. Is there any way for me to delete the game generated rookies, even if it means deleting them all and then reimporting them.

Forget it, I think I figured it out. Go to league setup, click on edit free agents and then search for all the game created rookies and delete them. Thanks for the help.
