I am trying to purchase the game, but I am receiving this error:
Price Lookup Failed! Retrieving Current Prices failed with Error 12004. Error in Retrieving Price - [12004] Request date is invalid. Check your system clock. Processing Terminated. Please advise.

Sounds like something with the E-Liscence.. can you get it if you don't "get current price"?
Otherwise you might have to wait and contact Via Tech (the e-liscence people) to get it going. |

No, this happens after I hit purchase.....I can tell it is trying to connect to the internet, and then I see that it says connection OK, and then after another second or two, this message comes up.
I tried ignoring it and going through the process and entered my CC info, etc... Then when I submitted the purchase, it did it again. How would I contact Via-Tech. Do they have 24 hour service?

I had the same problem. I corrected my date to be the current date, and everything worked great.
Double click on the time in the lower right hand corner of your screen and verify your date is set to today's date. In my case, I had reformatted and accidently set the date to the year 2028. Hope this helps.
