Importing Rookies to Real Teams - Need HELP!

I'm in a 1980's career and I am about to go into 1993. I do not want to add the Rockies or the Marlins but I would like their rookies to be in the game somewhere, hopefully as free agents. How do I do that?

I think if you do not create the Marlins or Rockies, and you import real rookies, the players will be dumped into the free agent pool. To verify this, backup your league and give it a try.
