What was your first bout?

Mine was just for fun, Roy JOnes vs. Mike Tyson. Jones won in the first with a one punch KO. The rematch, Jones was ahead on the cards when the bout was stopped in the ninth and Tyson was awarded the TKO (due to a cut on RJ).
Pretty nice so far, still alot of playing to do.

Ali vs Blin - rerun of the 1971 fight in Switzerland (Sweden was the nearest venue I could find - LOL).

Amazingly accurate - ALI KO'd Blin in the 6th!

Christy Martin Vs Mary Jo Sanders! Don't ask me why, probably the only woman fight I'll ever run.

Hagler versus Leonard. Marvelous Marv knocked "Sugar Ray" down three times on his way to a 5 round KO!! Revenge for when he was ripped off by the media backed chump!!

Ali v Louis. Louis is on a roll tonight, he won on all three judges scorecards. Good fight that went back and forth, neither fighter had any stamina left at the end.

I guess I had the reverse decision. Ali vs. Louis, Ali with a TKO in the 9th due to swelling. Louis was knocked down twice, once in the 1st and once in the 9th.

(FWIW, I was using the Ali rated 15, not one of the ones rated 13)

George Chuvalo vs. an over the hill Mike Tyson.

Just like when I was a kid rooting for Chuvalo to win, he lost. A split decision to the worn-out Mike.

Just like it would have been in real life, I'm sure.

Hopkins vs. Joppy

Hopkins smashed Joppy early, knocking him down twice in the first. He finished him off in the third when Joe Cortez stepped in and stopped the fight.

Just fought Mosely / Mayorga. A real barn-burner. Mosely goes down in the second and third, Mayorga goes down in the 11th. Both fighters were cut to ribbons. Mosely does enough to take a majority decision win. Then when I try to proceed after the announcement, I got an invalid page fault error o-well

My first was Vitaly K. vs. Roy Jones Jr.
Thought this would be a walk in the park for the best pound for pound boxer in the sport but old "Ironfist" was up to the challenge.

Fought at the pond in Anaheim Vitaly scores a controversial split decision after ten rounds. Amazingly there were no knock-downs in the fight. Crazy! Now if I could just buy the game I'd be set

My first fight? Mike Tyson v Vonda Ward. Big V by TKO (cuts) in the 9th, after Iron Mike put her down three times.

My first fight was Big George Foreman (prime) vs. James "Broadaxe" Broad, a journeyman. I guess I just wanted to see a KO and that's exactly what I saw - Big George by TKO in 1.

Vitaly vs Byrd

Just wanted to punish Byrd. Ground his endurance down useing inside fighting, then fought offensivly on the outside to bust him up once weakened. Then went defensive for the rest of the match. Acumilated 3 cuts and his left eye almost shut. Unfortunatly I could not get him to last all 12, they stoped it after 10 because of his eyes

I'll have to make a guy, or maybe just use Jirov (need to adjust his endurance stats, and toughness in game, thier way off) and have him go at Gainer and Hakkar.

Hehe, once I have a feel for things and get the world set up, I'll go for more serious matches. hehe
