Lahman 4.5 problem

When I download the database and go to unzip it I keep getting invalid archive error and it tells me to try downloading it again. What did i do wrong?

Not sure but sounds like a d/l problem, I'd try again. If you are using AOL that could be the problem.

Ya I'm using AOL. I have version 4 of Lahamn already I'll probally just use that.

What are you using to download the file?
I ask cause I never used AOL.. Do they have their own downloading program? If so then you should search the net for a good downloading program and use that. They have some good freeware downloaders, and Getright is shareware.

Apparently there is some kind of bug in the AOL browser that can cause problems with large downloads. Opening up your Internet Explorer browser and downloding the file using that has fixed this problem for many users. Good luck & let us know how it turned out.
