I'm thinking about purchasing a new computer. Will i be able to download the game again by using the registration number I was given when I bought the game. Also, how is the best way to move save season files to the new computer?

Yes you can do that and there are many way to transfer the files:

-Burn on to a CD
-Place on a floppy
-Upload to a web site
-Email to yourself

Just depends on the size and how many. Don't forget to "unlicense" it from the first computer if you are getting rid of it or have no plans to use it for this purpose again.
