BOSI ?s

In our league which just started, our draft prospects are also showing up as free agents in BOSI. Is that a known issue or did I perhaps goof up my BOSI setup?

Also, once our ammy draft got started and the first pick was made our trade screen no longer worked if we wanted to trade draft picks. Where the draft picks showed up we got a php error msg. I was able to tweak the trades.php file and fix the problem, but I haven't found any evidence that anyone else has experienced this problem. So while I may have temporarily fixed something, I might have a bigger problem behind the scenes that I haven't discovered yet.

The rookies will show up on the free agent page, but you can filter them out by choosing Vets in the filter options at the top. I left them on this page so that people could see the ammy crop in another place other then the ammy draft utility.

This is a known issue. The query I am using to try to filter out the picks that were already chosen is a complex one, and I was never able to get it to work exactly the way I wanted too. I am re-designing this area of the data model in v2 so this all works correctly.

I think I may have fixed the query. I posted the info on the BOSI forum.

Not having a complete understanding of your entire architecture, I tried to do some late night debugging and what I did is working fine for our league at the moment.

Another question for the BOSI pros.

Somehow in our ammy draft the same player was selected twice in a row. Has anyone seen that happen before?

Yeah, it's an intermident issue with the way lists work. It's another thing I'll be looking at when this gets an overhaul in v2.
