Graphics Editor?

Guys,

I really appreciate all of the work that you do! I've got a question though.

I've always wanted to toy with editing/creating logos but don't have the coin to put out for a piece of software. I'm morally opposed to downloading a copy.

Does anyone know of a free graphics editor that is pretty good to use?

oh ya, and i use ULEAD. 30 day free trial at download.com and then you get can another 30 day trial from their website www.ulead.com

I have PhotoDraw, it used to come with some versions of Microsoft Office, but it's been discoontinued. Maybe someone you know has it. It's a great program, and really easy to use.

Forget my question about the Padres logo. I am a little behind the times because my computer has not been working. A new logo.

Wow.

I personally don't like it. At least it doesn't have a dog on it though.

I REALLY like the logo and new home and alternate uniforms.

I'm not crazy about the font on the new aways but the away hats are blue and that brown (I am soooo getting one of those)

GIMP is a free graphics editor that I have heard people recommend. I have not used it though.
