You need to tell us how this happened? Has the game worked before, did you do a particular thing or try to and this happened? It appears as though you could use some additional RAM(but not sure that is related to the problem).

As much detail as you can give will be helpful.

Iwas working on a free agent draft. I had downloaded the resort file (from a previous problem) and things were working fine. I saved the info and closed the program to do some other things. When I clicked the icon to open the game...bodda bing bodda boom...illegal operation.

Have you tried rebooting the computer and trying to open the game again?
