waltwa All Star Reserve Join Date: Jan 2002 Posts: 906	cannot download full file has anyone had a problem downloading the full file. i have attempted to download ootp4 3 times but for some reason the full program will not download. i am downloading about 12.7 instead of the full 13.1. i am downloading into a separate file rather than ootp3 as pointed out in the example. could that be a factor. my computer is new and very powerful but i do have xp. any suggestions
