I know this asking alot, but I need help.

My PC had to be restored and reset to defaults due to virus. This deleted my OOTP3 and I did not have enough forethought to print out my license(s) info. Is there anyway I can retrieve that info from somewhere? mail me at aggermania@yahoo.com

PLEASE HELP

PS I can wait for v4, but I'd hate to throw v3 away

You have to contact Via-Tech at 866-723-3376, they can help you.

As long as you haven't used all of yours up, you can do it via email. Via-Tech is very quick to respond. Here's the info that they gave me when I didn't have a 'net connection on my second machine. It is probably what you have to do too:

I can obtain a manual license for you. I need a system identifier number off of the PC that you want to install a manual license on. To obtain this number go to the "get license" screen place your cursor inside your order ID box and hit "control, shift and the letter O" at the same time. This number will appear. Send me this number and I will send you an elicense number.
