Bug in "find player by rating" : results not correct

Hi.

I've had a couple of occasions to use the 'find player by rating' option of the player trade section.

Both times I have done a search for a position player and ended up with inappropriate results such as getting a SP when I was searching only for C.

First, you might want to download the patch anyway, but that shouldn't be causing the problem because it worked fine when I did it.

I think it may be that the default has all the positions selected, so instead of selecting catcher, you have to de-select all the other positions. You weren't specific on that, so I hope that was the problem since it would be easy to fix.

Alas, although I have the capability to do that sort of thing - it was not the case this time

I'll try it again later now that I've got the patch.

I've tried this again, subsequent to installing the 4.0a patch.

When I do a search for, say catchers, I get a list all of which appear to be catchers. However some of the results when I click 'em I get a totally different player's details displayed.

Wierd.

Same config as above, just with 4.0a

Yeah I can confirm this. Searching for catchers only (all other position boxes clicked off) will display a lot of catchers and a couple pitchers.
