Utilities! Need Help

I just downloaded the csv reporter and Pierre's minor league util. Now what do I do? Do I put those files into my league folder or just put it into the OOTP3 folder?

Go to <a href="http://www.statsbasedbaseball.com" target="_blank">this site</a> and download the "readme" file you should see it listed along the lefthand side of the screen. That will give you some help as far as how to use them.

Included in the zip file, you should find and run a setup.exe
