vtcpak33.dll

I just bought, and downloaded version 4.2

Previously, I had OOTP 2 on another computer. This is the first version of OOTP on this comp.

After unzipping and trying to run I get:

"This application has failed to start because vtcpak33.dll was not found"

I re-installed and still didn't work.

Can anyone help?

Well, I found this dll and copied it into the directory, input mylicense, etc, and the game installed.

Now when I run it I get a black screen with a coursor. Help please.
