"could not create file" for spring training export

Has anyone ever gotten this error before?

After hitting Export Team Training Plan, I get:

...INFORMATION...

Could not create file:

C:\Programs Files\...\IOSBL.lg\EXPIMP\TEAMST9.EXP

------------------------------------------------------------------

I had no problem exporting last season's spring training file and e-mailing it to the league commissioner.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, with no change in results.

Is the league file properly installed? Does it have an EXPIMP folder?

Yes, and my previous season's spring training export file was still in it. Could this have been the problem?

Spring training has already been run for our league yesterday, but for future seasons it would be good to know.

I wouldn't think that would cause a problem, but not sure.
