Kemp All Star Starter Join Date: Feb 2002 Posts: 1,181	Trading problem I found something that I think is a big problem. When you're running a league with financials on, there is an offseason trading period after the free agency signing period. However, it seems that if you have the financials off, this offseason trading period never occurs.
