Foregin Players
I was curious to see which leagues imported foreign players into their free agent pool at the end of the season. I'm almost postive there were some leagues out there that either imporated foreign players or just made them as a free agent and edited their ratings.
I was thinking about doing it in my own league, and wanted to see how other leagues did it.

We have international players in EBL. What i do is after the free agent period i announce that two players have decided to enter major league baseball. I randomly pick countries and basically make up the players. I know PBL does this as well. Rules for them can be found in the rules section. We have been doing it for a few years now and it is a huge success. First year we started with 5-7 players and that was way too much. So to combat that I have only allocated two per year, and once a team signs a International free agent, he cannot sign another for two years. Anyways the rules are in both leagues rules section along with links for the players and such. Any more questions feel free to ask.

alternately, use this http://www.japanesebaseball.com/index.jsp if you want your player to be real.
