OOTP is the *only* software I really feel good about buying. Most software is so over priced for what you get but not only do the folks here make the best game (not just best baseball game) I've ever played, they also provide such good support and listen to the players so much when updating the game.

It's hard to understand why "anyone" would think that two people using the same software purchase would "ever" be ok.

This is clearly in violation of the license agreement that you agreed to by installing and playing the game. The "sharing" of licenses is illegal (much as the "sharing" of other software products (burned copies) or mp3's are).

You get a second license to backup you're copy of the game, as you are allowed a backup of any software you purchase... however you don't get a second license to sell it to a friend. If you sell the game to a friend you must sell the entire thing, meaning BOTH licenses.
