Barry Bonds' return?

Anyone heard when he is coming back from grieving the tragic loss of his father/mentor?

I have a feeling we'll see Barry hitting bombs again on Friday. Just in time to make the trip to Arizona. Barry ownes Kurt Schilling, and should make it interesting. I know Schill wants no part of Barry.

See Barry not only lost a dad, he lost his best friend too. No baseball game in the world is worth that.

i heard on the radio that he'll be back when the Giants return for their homestand. He won't be going to Arizona.

You know, now that I think about it, it really doesn't make a whole lot of difference as to whether or not Barry will be playing against us. We'll find a way to lose whether Bonds is in the lineup or not.

he maybe a good, enhanced ballplayer, i never have liked him and never will

a) i hope he doesn't break Aarons record
b) i hope he gets whats coming to him
c) i hope i get to give it to him
d) i hope i can watch him play so i can boo him

Either Bert would hit Barry or Barry would hit Berts pitch(es) for a homer like many other major leaguers. Bert gave up his share of dingers, so I am thinking that this at bat would be to Barry's liking!

So Barry isn't the freindliest guy. At least he doesn't "showboat" like so many NBA and NFL players. He values his privacy and is not real friendly about letting people (re: sports writers) know that. I do not agree with his style of treating reporters but I respect the man for what he is doing for the sport of baseball.

So you don't like the man, fine don't cheer for him, but please show some maturity and cut the guy some slack, after all he did just lose his father...
