League Openings - 4CBA
The 4CBA (Four Corners Baseball Association) is accepting applications for new owners. We have several openings available. Please visit the site (www.staudernet.com/4cba) and fill out an application or feel free to e-mail the tri-commishes at 4cbacommish@wetstone.com
The league is in a transition period during an offseason. We will be changing league sites during this period as well. The 4CBA has a good base of very active owners and we look forward to some fresh faces. Thanks, Chris Chris Ramsey Owner - Rio Carnival 4CBA Tri-Commish cramsey@goettle.com Last edited by cramsey; 08-19-2003 at 12:18 PM. |

This is a great league to get into for anyone looking for a fictional league with no finances. There are also additional features including players named after new owners for every rookie draft. If you want to get into a league that is stable, doesn't miss sims, & has a strong owner base, you won't want to miss this one! I'm sure the new leadership of Michael, Chris, & Evan will have some fantastic new features for the league as well!

Yes, the original tri-commishes have decided to step aside. It was an amicable separation. Brian and Sam stated increased load on their personal schedules and decided the best thing for the league was to either fold it or pass it on.
We (the new) agreed that a tri-commish system is a very good approach. It allows an impartial sim by anyone of the commishes as well as keeping the demand of one's time down thus keeping a flowing sim schedule. Brian, Sam and Matt did a commendable job during their tenure and we wish them the best. We enjoy the league so much that we stepped forward to keep it alive and can only hope to rise to level the they have set the bar to. |

Due to an increased workload for Sam and Brian, we have chose to turn the reigns over to the more than capable hands of Chris, Evan, & Michael. At this point, Sam, Brian, and myself have chose to channel most of our energy to the CDL until the workload decreases. I think everyone will notice that the 4CBA will become an even better league with commissioners who have more time to spend on it and I know the 3 new commissioners will do a fantastic job!

Just curious, is there a bunch of openings because the owners of the teams left due to the 3 original commishes leaving or is it unrelated or are those the only 3 team available?

The openings are from the teams left by the former commishes as well as a few others.

This is one of the better fictional leagues around. Knowing these new commishes it is only going to get better.
