BABBL Has TWO Openings for 2 GOOD teams

Hey all,

If you're looking for a fictional league with an opportunity to get in on the ground floor, Born Again Baseball may be for you.

Ours is a fictional league set in 1965, just past the All-Star game in it's first season. We sim Tuesday's. Thursday's and Sunday's, usualyl live in our league chat room.

The league name comes from the fact that every year, a few struggling MLB players will be imported from the Lahman database into the BABBL FA pool or the draft, giving them a second chance at baseball.

Some of the league features include an MLB v BABBL All-Star game (in addition to the BABBL All-Star game, the winning league gets to take on the winning league from the MLB A-S Game - I'm simming the 1965 MLB season from the Lahman database at the same time as BABBL, with all teams AI managed), and, as long as I can figure out how to do it, there will also be a BABBL v MLB "futures" game, where the top 25 draft picks at every position for BABBL and MLB will face off to decide the future of each league!

We have a great core group of owners, and the two teams currently available are Louisville and Detroit.

Detroit have been a troubled franchise (already been through a few owner changes) but none the less are sitting on top of their division.

Louisville are in need of a GM that will keep them playing at their current high level of competition, the sit two games behind Detroit in the Pioneer League North.

Putting in a plug for the BABBL

We're in our first year - so you have a chance to shape either franchise. These teams have not been stripped of their talent, they are in 1st and 2nd.

Check out our forums too - lots of activity from a super owner base

Our commish does an outstanding job - never misses a sim and the live chats make it exciting.
