2 more CIBL openings

The house cleaning continues and 2 more teams have opened up after their GM's had to be removed due to inactivity. We have the Pittsburgh Pirates (1st place in the NL East), and the Cleveland Indians (2nd place in the AL East) open.

Hopefully we can get a couple good dedicated owners in here to take these teams as both are very good thus far in our season. The league date is 7/29/1980 with the trade deadline to pass during our next sim, Monday the 18th.
