Can someone help me out PLEASE

im in 2007 season (just bought the game over the weekend and im addicted already lol) im at the trade deadline and it wont let me continue i have the latest patch i downloaded some photo's and put into the game but deleted them once this problem came up but im getting a run time error it is "abnormal program error" please tell me what i can do to fix this im having so much fun with this league i dont want to start all over

Looks like you deleted the "photos" folder and it has to be there even if it has nothing inside.
