GForce Roster?

Hello,

I'm pretty new to OOTP, but I'm learning as I go.

I was thinking of using the GForce roster set for my base for my season. I was hoping somebody could tell me the best place to download the most recent version from. Is there a trade-deadline version with the latest trades in it already? Anything I should know about the roster before I use it? Any tips would be really helpful.
