changing the colors of the logo box

does anyone kow the formal name of the box where all the logos show up on the screen (upper left corner)....i want to make it all black and change the blue/gray grid look.

i am looking at the styles.css right now. thanks

It's not in styles.css, the area is actually on the menu.bmp. So whatever color you make it will also be the color that shows up behing the OOTP5 logo on the main screen.
