New League, Old idea....

I am starting a new league with the concept that has been done before, bascially you create yourself in this league, however I will only create members in my graphics forum. I'll sim by real time therefore only 1 season a year, one sim per week. You will be able to make decisions for your player about contract extension, free agency, spring training, etc.

Also I'll need four GM's to manage the 4 teams. As a GM you will be able to PM members of the forum about contracts and lineups and stuff like that. And also you will be able to contact other GM's about trading away/for members. Currently I have filled up 1 and 1/2 teams, so plenty of room left.

ps. all ratings are randomly generated you will only be able to creat your attributes. However you will start for sure since there will be no bench.

But umm.. can I be a GM even if I am a player? If so I'd love to be a GM. If not, oh well, being a player is fine.

Just be prepared for big willis to not answer you or respond after he receives his stuff. becoming notorious for suddenly going online when talked to, not responding to his own trade requests, etc. he's ridiculous

Sounds like a great idea! I just signed up as a player and was wondering if I could become a GM too? I'm currently running my own league and have experience. In fact, Big Willis is in my league and he's my AL President. If I can be a GM I'd like any available team (and if possible can you put my player on it too?)

I'm thinking of simming more games at one sim now, dont know if it's better that way. We will get more seasons in that way, if we sim by real time, we will never see anyone retire...

But I dont want to sim too much and have everyone end thier career way too early. I was thinking of simming around 2-3 seasons a real year. with at least a couple of months off in between seasons for signings and stuff, so probably I'll sim 2 weeks of the season in a real tie week!? Let me know if that sounds alright.
