Program Error

Hey,
I just purchased the game and was very excited to play it. I tried playing it with a fantasy draft, and eveyr few picks a message comes up saying Program error, it ill be shut down, we are creating a report...
Anyway, I saw a post similar to mine so I followed your instructions for it. I downloaded directx9 and it made the error message appear less frequently, now every 5 rds instead of 2.

I also tried to download sp3, but i'm having problems installing it. It goes through the installation, but then asks me something about the disc. Do I need the CD to update to sp3? Is there any other way because I can't find the cd?

Sorry I don't have more info on my computer, I don't know how to find out all the info you need.

I'm really not sure, whenever I updated I didn't need the CD but don't know that everyone is like that. I really need more details on your system inorder to help like RAM, OS, free HD space...

I have 4.33 GB of free space.
I have Windows 2000 Professional.
I don't know how to find out anything else that might be relevant.
If you can explain how I can find out what you might need I'll try anything. Thakns.

Right click on "my computer" and it should be listed under properties.

Another issue!!!!!
I finally finished the draft and got my lineups complete and everything, event hough it was frustrating and took forever.
Well, now whenever I try to sim it gives me the error message and shuts down. At least before I could do things and just be frustrated. Now I can't continue with the game cause I can't sim!!! Please hepl. Thanks.

Nope.
I figured I would uninstall and reinstall and see what happens.
How can i do that without having to pay for the game again?
