HTML Scrolling Marquee's???

Hey.
I can't for the love of god, figure out how to make my ticker scroll. If any of you webdesign genius' know anything about the ASP scrolling marquee's, please help.. My old goto guy has dissapeared, and was removed from the league. You can reach me on AIM at YanksGM1... If you click here... AOBL it will take you to my front page... the ticker is located in the top right corner..

Ok thanks Willis for the help.... Got it up, and doing half of what i want it to do...lol... now, i need to slow it down a tad, and have it freeze when you place the mouse over it... If anyone can help with that, id appreciate it..
