2 Questions from someone still learning
Do Cato and BOSI do "basically" the same thing, or is BOSI more in-season, while Cato is just history?
How does one implement the Off Season event generator (and add more items for that matter)? If there isn't a detailed "help" section, I'm lost with these programs. |

Bosi and Cato are both great utilities..
IMO, BOSI is more of a in-the-season as-you-go..utility.. Cato is more geared to giving you a baseball refence "look" to your history... With BOSI...you can actually see every little raise or decline in each of your players development...my favorite aspect of the program. Cato...will give you a ton of stats and categories you would not normally have...by just using OOTP or BOSI.... They are both great utilties...but alot of differences in what they are designed to do...atleast IMO. |

BOSI works for both OOTP4 & OOTP5 and can be run on any web host that offers access to a sql database & admin software such as MySQL. It can even be run on a local PC (you can find detailed instructions for this on the BOSI Forum.
