Oops. Multiple Players

I had 2 instances of OOTP5 opened when I made a trade today. Now, one of the players traded is totally gone, and there are 2 of the same guy on both teams. How can I delete one guy and add another without doing a restore?

I am not sure how to fix the problem with out doing a restore. Just for future thought, it is never a good idea to have two instances of OOTP open at the same time, it really screws up the game.

I was looking at rosters with one instance open, and in the player trade screen in the other game. Made the trade and totally forgot about the first one. Ah, I'll just release him(them) and recreate them. I know the important stats. Thanks.
