Atlanta, Cincinnati, Tampa Bay, Pittsburgh, Minnesota, St. Louis, Texas are available in this highly competitive, and active league in it's 3rd year of sims...

The league channel is #ibl on EFNet... Slots are first come first serve... Looking for serious GM's only.

download mIRC from mirc.com , the server is EFNET, just connect and when it asks what channel you want to join just type in IBL

I would just like to mention that #IBL is a very good league for IRC, much better than the other UBL that exists... Our league is run from similar format and its the best kind of leagues out there... go IBL

I might be interested in cincy, but I would like to find out more about the league... The link you listed here goes straight to the main standings page... Where are the league rules, and other info at?

paulywerner, by league rules, I'm confused as to what you mean by this... The rules are quite simple, e-mail line-ups, changes, etc... to the commissioner and sims are done. The League Channel is #IBL on Efnet so if anybody needs more information join the channel and somebody on the channel can give you more information.

Well, im going to install the software for the league, but by league rules, I mean, how is the league run.. Is there a salary cap, is there anything that pertains to how the league is run, something in writing? If you click on the link, AOBL , that is the league that I run, and we have the rules for the way the league is run posted on the site.. I was just curious if you guys had anything explaining how the league is run
