AJTrenkle Minors (Single A) Join Date: Dec 2001 Posts: 57	Spring Training ? How many commishes and leagues out there use Spring Training in their OOTP4 leagues? It is fun to fiddle with, but is it prone to exploitation? Any thoughts on the player development enging in ootp4 in general would also be appreciated.
