Sub sequence after ejections

Probably been talked about before, but what hasn't?

Opposing team's batter argues a third strike call and after much discussion is thrown out of the game. Lineup shows a sub as PR and the inning continues to its end. Next inning, the PR (never having actually done anything) is not in the field, but also not eligible because he'd be scratched into the lineup slot.

I know, maybe no biggie. But in an effort to preserve competition I don't like to see the AI deprive himself of a potential player just because of the misuse of this substitution. Of course there'd be no way to detect this in sims, but I've seen it enough playing out my games to think its fix deserves some attention.

when the at bat is over..... you automatically jump to your line-up....... the guy who you sub in.... right click and pick the position you want him at
