Licensing question

I am interested in purchasing the game but have concerns of the licensing. I am worried if next time I want to install the game, elicenses server happens to be down or with all the dot coms going bankrupt not even in business anymore. I go through PCs at a good rate and end up having to reinstall windows quite a bit, so this is a concern to me.

I've been playing elicense games for years and NEVER been without my game for whatever reason for more than an hour tops.

That is a good track record, but I am worried about the future. Is there any way to install the game if elicense goes out of business or they get sued or whatever and its servers shut down?

If something would happen to elicense (and I truly doubt that it might) then 400 would have other plans in place for you to be able to play the game no matter how far into the future.
