OOTP unusable (in a situation)

Ok, I have recently found that OOTP4 and OOTP5 are both totally unusable if running in windowed mode, and with antialiasing configured to be active for any 3D application. This is with Nvidia graphics cards.

All of the menus are missing etc, so making the game impossible to use. Now of course you can turn off 3D mode, but in so doing you lose a lot of functionality in the presentation of the game (eg like the coloured back drops in the schedule). Or you can clunk through menus and turn off the antialiasing run OOTP close OOTP and then turn it back on. Now with *EVERY* other progam I have ever used if it doesn't support anitaliasing (even if the card is enabled) it doesn't try to use it and works anyways.
