looking to join

I have been a member of a FPS league and am ready to make the step to the modern world of OOTP. I currently play OOTP3 and I am planning on upgrading soon to OOTP4. I would like to belong to a league that currently uses 3 and will be upgrading to OOTP4 within the next real calndar two weeks. Please let me know if such a league even exists

Hey,
A new league I am starting kind of fits your description. I will be creating the league using OOTP3 (because of the flexibility of using some add-on tools not yet released for OOTP4) then converting over to OOTP4 before beginning.
