Auto-Generate Lineup Bug with 5.11

If this has been discussed already, please disregard.

The scenario:

#1
I set my depth charts.
I click Auto-Generate lineups in the Lineup screen.

The CF gets input in the lineup 2X - No right fielder.

#2
Pregame lineup screen.
Pitcher does not get insterted into the lineup. I get "incomplete lineup" error.

Insert pitcher, get "Player is already in the game" error. However, this time the lineup is complete when I click go to game.

These have only occurred since the 5.11 patch.

Any more details, this sounds like make a fluke or something as I have done both auto-depth and lineups many, many times w/ 5.11 and never had this happen. Have you tried saving the league closing the game restarting the PC then try it again?

It has not happened again, so it may be a fluke. However, I also saw it mentioned HERE
