NPBL Kansas Storm need owner
Traditional baseball in the modern era: the National Pastime Baseball League.
In a world where the National Pastime is king, baseball enjoys the benefits of modern sports, without the disadvantages. Most players stay with their teams (they all get paid in full); divisional opponents play each other more often; there is no major-league DH; lavish stadiums draw millions of fans. ‘Baseball strategy’ means everything. Fictional players, no finances, no DH, no interleague; twenty-four state teams in six divisions. The NPBL has the details: correct city weather, staggered schedules, and more. The NPBL ran Spring Training last night and Opening Day for our 2003 season is tomorrow June 26 at 10pm central. This will be our fourth season. The Kansas Storm need an owner. They have been competitive every season, and have solid pitching. They’re led by a great catcher and first baseman. Their old ownership was conservative, watching the team closely but making few moves. Contact me at jberry@mm.st or on AIM ‘satchelootp.’ Jesse Berry NPBL Commissioner |

Here's something new. I'm not in NPBL but I was since it's beginning and now have moved on due to time constraints and a baby being born back in April. I can't express how on top of things Jesse is. If you can get a chance to get into NPBL, do it now. You won't be disappointed. Very friendly owners and a very fun league to be in. Jump on the waiting list if you miss out on this opportunity.
