TotalMinors Update Delayed Indefinitely

Hey guys,

I'm very sorry to say, though I don't know how many would have stopped ongoing seasons at this point anyway, that I will not be releasing an update to TotalMinors. Two guys are leaving my job, and I will not have free time at work to update ratings and such as I had earlier this year. And time at home is being spent with my son and taking care of things that need taking care of with the house.

I sincerely thank all of you who supported the project this year, especially those who were as generous as you were with donations for my work. I really didn't expect to receive as much as I did, and I am truly grateful.

I apologize to any who are disappointed by this, but my time has become too scarce and too valuable. I've rarely played the game, and would like to do that occasionally at some point too I just don't think the upgrades would be worth the time it would take me to implement them.

There is a chance I will at some point put together a financial update release, but that would pretty much be it.

Anyone who wishes to release their own update of TotalMinors is welcome to do so. Just please credit it and include the original ReadMe.

Thanks again for the support guys. Hopefully time will allow TotalMinors for OOTP6.

GF,

Thanks for all your hard work and time. I'm sure it was out of love - but also cut a significant amount of time from other things. Your work is greatly appreciated and Good Luck on the job front !!

Thanks Gforce for everything, the only thing I see myself doing is using the original set and update it all including the minors, make minor changes and update the MLB trades after the trade deadline, just incase some people may be interested. I think you have done a fantastic job..........so I THANK YOU!!!

no apology needed. You put a huge amount of effort in to the set you completed and we all should be thanking you for it.

Now, go play the game. I am sure you will enjoy it if you give it a try :-)

No wonder you lost in the June Madness Tournament.

You latest update is definitely good enough for me. Thanks for all your work.

Good luck to you, and thanks for the countless hours you have put into Total Minors to get it where it is as now.....

I tried once to make myself a current rosters set...doing it the same in alot of way..IE three year average...man, I never realised the amount of effort and research it must have taken to gather it all together...

Thanks guys. I'm glad you've all enjoyed it. I probably will work on the all-time project as time allows, since it's not as time sensitive. But my plans for doing rosters for the hockey and football games are likely canceled. I could still do these things, but not with the detail that I put into the roster sets. I don't want to half-ass anything. I'll relax a bit and see what the time situation is when OOTP6 is in production.

Thanks again guys.

I just want to note, it's not like I've been ignoring family doing this I was able to balance the two for a while because I had free time when nobody was around and other stuff didn't need doing. It's just that that's no longer the case. Probably obvious, I just worry it came out like I suddenly realized "gee, I should spend more time with my family instead of doing rosters."
