Help on the PBP screen

I just bought a new computer and got OOTP up and running with the stadiums and skins. I had gone through several on the old system and had everything fine, but now the PBP screen doesn't scroll, it just overwrites. I am running the Louisville slugger background with the wooden skin. What do I need to do? This is the only problem I am having but it makes playing the games not much fun.

Try updating your video drivers and installing Direct X 9 if you haven't already.
