How About This: One GM and One Manager Per Team

You know a league that I haven't seen yet is something that I like to call Factional OOTP Baseball. One Owner/GM, and another person is the Manager. The Owner/GM handles financials, trades, etc., and the manager sets the lineup. We could have hirings, firings, and make this game a bit more real.

Sounds VERY cool but it is tough enough to get 20 something people to be dedicated players in a league but if you had to get 40+ players....oh my!

There has been a league that has tried this. Can't remember the name of it, but it even took things further by having an Owner, GM, and Field manager or something like that.

Yah, there is another league like this. Each team has an owner, a GM, and a Manager. I think it's having trouble starting up, but here it is anyway.

Fans/Press are people who write articles about a team, or anything in the league, commenting on the team's performances, the team's brass's actions, etc. It will have an effect on fan interest.
