I have a team that has had won 8 straight WS and every player on my team except for my 3B is homegrown ( I drafted all prospects in the Intial Draft and the I sucked for 3 years until my guys were ready for the bigs). I have a guy who has won at least 23 games w/ an ERA under 2.3 and a WHIP under 1 in every one of his 12 ML seasons except for 1. However the best pitcher I ever had was in OOTP3 his name was Fred Strobel I drafted him in the first round, first pick of the initial draft. He had a career era under 1.2 and had ammased something like 315 wins and 3500 K's by the time he was 32 and then the league crashed.
