2088 World Cup of Hockey rosters not populating leading to crash

In my game I cannot advance past the first day of the world cup of hockey because the rosters are not populating leading to the game crashing. I believe it is because there is not enough NHL players from each country to populate the rosters and so the game just cant continue. I have been playing this save since FHM 10 and it has provided me with much enjoyment. I am currently playing it on FHM 12. I have uploaded the file already it is titled expansion.lg.zip
