FHM 11 - Playoffs won't start and Prospect Tournament won't end

I started a game from a previous quickstart I created from a customized Standard Game that I was able to play for several years before the save was corrupted/lost. On the new playthrough, the NHL Prospect Tournament starts normally but the games are not played unless manually simulated and the Prospect Tournament never ends and players keep the Prospect Tournament tags even after their leagues' regular seasons progress and end.

I had changed the NHL Playoff format to the the 2014-2019 version, so I'm not sure if that's causing the issues (its still a top 16 teams playoff format). Additionally, the NHL All Star Game (which I did not change) won't trigger and instead the Four Nations Face Off does, but I'm not sure if that is intended or a result of maybe the Prospect Tournament glitching out.

I have tried disabling the Prospect Tournament on July 1st of the Quickstart and regenerating a schedule, but it still happens regardless. The playoffs won't start and the year ends with no Stanley Cup or Conn Smythe awarded, and the following July 1st, the players from the previous Prospect Tournament retain the Prospect Tournament tag still.

Sorry, I had trouble to get the QS started and now we have a national holliday upcoming here in Germany, but I will take a deeper look first thing when I'm back on Tuesday.

After looking deeper into this I´m not sure if I can do anything with the save or the Quickstart.

But I have one more question: what exactly was the timetable for the QS? You started a normal save, played it and at some point created a QS from the save (before or after the original save got corrupted?)?

I started my initial game, played a season on FHM 10, made the QS after the first season. I used the original game to import into FHM 11 and played it for several seasons before it was corrupted. I loaded up the QS and brought the new save into FHM11 where the problem started with the Prospect Tournament and Playoffs
